Making A Purchase:
NOTE: We only deal with customers in the UK. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your online order. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few detailsthat we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. We can also accept payment using PayPal. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16.30. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next working day
Shipping And Handling: All orders will be shipped either via Royal Mail or our carrier service to all UK Customers. For Europe and elswhere please contact us to discuss charges before placing an order.
Delivery Schedule: Orders placed Monday to Friday, will be despatched within 48 Hours (Excluding weekends and bank holidays) subject to stock availability All orders are despatched on a 2-3 day delivery service and can be delivered up to 18.00, for the UK, for Europe and elsewhere please contact us to discuss.Parcels do sometimes get held up so please allow a few extra days for delivery before contacting us. (If your order is not received within 5 working days please contact us) JDW Automotive will not be liable for a late delivery beyond our reasonable control once the order has been dispatched including (including but not limited to) traffic problems, weather conditions or unable to locate delivery address.Any missing, incomplete or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Back Orders: If any of your items are not in stock, & we cannot despatch with 48 hours we will contact you with your delivery date estimated delivery date.
Credit Card Security: All on-line payments are processed with NOCHEX merchant service, we have no access to credit-debit card details.

Returns Policy: You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by just emailing us, with the order reference, at

For our NON BUSINESS Customers, JDW Automotive Limited operates a "No Questions Asked" cancellation and returns policy. Any goods that you receive may be returned to us within 7 days of receiving delivery of your order.
Please contact Sales at sales@jdwautomtoive.co.uk, and inform them of the return. Goods should be returned in their original packaging un-opened, & unused along with a COPY OF YOUR INVOICE.
If a part is to be returned as faulty , sales at JDW Automotive must be notified prior to parts being returned.The item must be received complete with the original invoice and any other invoices as appropriate for work carried out. "Faulty" items must be returned to JDW complete with appropriate invoices within 7 days of original notification.
Goods can only be accepted if they are clearly identified with the invoice or order number.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return carriage charges.
After the 7 day period goods can only be returned at the discretion of JDW Automotive and will also be subject to a 25% handling fee.
Vehicle guilde: This catalogue / application guilde lists only vehicles officially imported or manufactured in the UK
